My Holidays

Saturdy:

Nothing much happened on Saturday. I went for my tuition lessons for mother tongue regurlarly. After that, I went out for dinner with my family.

Sunday:

I do not have any tuition lessons on Sunday. I met with Zhi yu At block 190. We were getting ready for job week. Cyrus and Ivan came along too. Zhi Yu wanted to ask Miss Tay if she had a job for us but it turned out that she was still SEEPING!!! Me and Zhi Yu managed to earn $16. However, Ivan earned $15 and Cyrus earned $11.

Monday:

Mr Edgar Wong and Mr Chee asked to report to school for job week. They arranged us in gorups and gave the leader a map to tell us which block of flats we are suppose to go and where is it. At the last house, before we return to school for lunch, I scrubbed the toilet bowl. He wanted us to divide $5 among each other. Since there was four of us, (actually there are six of us but two of them wre at another floor.) and I scrubbed the toilet bowl, he gave me an extra $1. After lunch, we were sent out again. However, we managed to earn $1 at the end of the day.

Tuesday:

I woke up early to go to student care. At there, the primary 5 pupils played first as there were not enough classrooms. Other pupils were also playing at the same time as us but I do not know what level are they. (Wednesday and Thursdayare the same as Tuesday.)

Friday:

This is the day that many events happened. Friday is the day where my first camp of the year. (This camp always happen during the March holidays every year.) At first, we gave the $2 to Mr Chee for the camp. Then we played a game but the first few teams get to play first. I was in gruop 14. (which is the last group.) Miss Suganthi (the brownie teacher) asked the rest of the groups to choose a cheer that we have learned before and change it a bit so that it supports our group. I was the leader so they repeated after me. In the end, we Won!!! After that we got our turn to play the game. We did not managed to finish the stations in time. Next, we played treasure hunt. The eachers give us a piece of paper filled with questions. We had to look all over the school to find the answers. However, we minused 10 points as we were the last group to assemble. Next was lunch. We had to cook our own instant noodles using a mass tin. After lunch, we had to wash the mass tin. Next was a first aid presentation. We had to answer questions during the power point slide. Next, was the campfire it was the investigure of the newly recruited cub scouts. They were suppose srecite the scout promise. They will come up and touch the national flag with their left hand and show the scout sign with their right hand. Next, Mrs Dhilon gave out the certificates for those who are appointed assistant sixer, sixer and senior sixer. I was appointed as white assistant sixer as I am only primary 5. There can only one senior sixer and it turned out to be Jonathan's brother. Lastly, the campfire was lighted by Mr Wong and we sang songs like campfire's burning, BP spirit, father abraham and peace like a river.

Saturday:

Once again, the samething happened last week.

Sunday:

I went for dinner at IKEA (the one in Tampanies, not Queenstown.)
